- Facebook account name, email, and Page IDs you connect.

- Page insights, ad campaign details, and lead data from Facebook Lead Ads.

- Basic CRM user data (name, contact number, email, organization).

2. How We Use the Information

- To show your connected Pages, ad campaigns, and leads inside the CRM dashboard.

- To provide lead synchronization and reminders.

- We never sell or share user data with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

- All data is securely stored on our private servers managed by Lttrbx Technolabs Pvt Ltd (India).

- Encrypted SSL is used for all data transmission.

- Access is restricted to authorized company staff only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your Facebook or CRM data with any external entity, except where legally required.

5. Facebook Permissions

Our app uses the following Facebook permissions:

- public_profile and email for user authentication

- pages_show_list, pages_manage_metadata, leads_retrieval, ads_management, and business_management to access your connected Facebook Page data

These permissions are used only after you authorize them and only within your CRM account.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as your CRM account is active. You can request permanent deletion anytime.

Welcome to Brokerwise CRM Integration, a platform operated by Lttrbx Technolabs Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By using our CRM and Facebook integration services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Use of Service

- You may use the CRM only for authorized business purposes.

- You must not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

2. Facebook Integration

- The app allows you to connect your Facebook account and Pages for business purposes.

- We access only the permissions you approve within Facebook.

- We do not post, modify, or run ads on your behalf without consent.

3. Subscription and Access

- The CRM is a paid SaaS platform offered under an annual license model.

- Access is restricted to verified clients or their authorized users.

4. Data Handling

- Data collected through Meta APIs is used only for CRM-related operations.

- We comply with Facebook’s Platform Terms and Meta’s Data Protection requirements.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse or data abuse.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of login credentials or third-party service outages (like Meta API downtime).

Data Deletion Policy

To delete your data:

1. Send an email to info@brokerwise.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

2. Include your registered CRM email ID.

3. Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 working days.

If you have connected Facebook via our app, you can also revoke data sharing from your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
