Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Brokerwise Sales CRM. We value your trust in our software. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed for our subscription-based services.

1. Subscription & Renewal

- Your annual subscription (₹9,999/year) provides full access to the CRM for 12 months.

- If auto-renewal is enabled, renewal charges may be applied automatically at the end of the term.

- To avoid renewal fees, you must inform us at least 30 days before renewal by emailing info@brokerwise.in.

2. Refund Eligibility

- Once the subscription is successfully activated, refunds are generally not issued.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • - Payment deduction but activation failure
  • - Technical issues caused from our side
  • - Duplicate or accidental payments

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway policies (Razorpay).

3. Cancellation Policy

- Subscription cancellation can be requested anytime via email.

- After cancellation, CRM access will be stopped, but refunds will not be provided for the remaining subscription period.

- Data will be securely stored for up to 1 year, or permanently deleted upon your request.

4. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always include the updated Effective Date.
